Sacramental Preparation - Eucharist
ConfirmationEucharist ReconciliationMarriageRCIA

Eucharist - We, the Body of Christ, invite others to celebrate Eucharist with us so that they too may become the Body of Christ. In doing this, we invite them to participate in Christ's death and resurrection so that they may share this new life with others. When we call them to join us in Communion, we call them to unity with all Christians in Christ. Thus, we celebrate this sacrament within a regular community Mass on Saturday evening or Sunday.

First Eucharist for Children - All children in grades 2 and up who are enrolled in Catholic School or Religious Education, and have been for at least one year prior, are invited to prepare for this Sacrament. Preparation for First Eucharist is done at home, with supporting curriculum in our parish school and religious education program. The process begins with parent information meetings held in January. Children will work at home on completion of the text and a journal which will enable children to put into their own words all they have learned. There is a parent/child workshop in the spring, and each child preparing for this sacrament attends an interview with a parish staff member. Children preparing for First Eucharist are paired with Confirmation candidates as prayer partners and pray for each other during their faith journeys. Individual, small group and large group celebrations are offered during the Easter season for reception of the Sacrament.  Immediate preparation is free standing from both schools, begins with the Orientation Meeting and is a cooperative effort between family and parish.

Adults- Go to Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA).
